Project Overview: Our team was entrusted with the task of revitalizing the electrical systems at Springbokpan Silos. These systems are the lifeblood of any industrial facility, and ensuring their reliability is paramount. Here’s a brief overview of the work we accomplished:

1. Main Control Station Repairs: We conducted a comprehensive assessment and carried out essential repairs on the main control station, restoring its functionality.
2. Rewiring of Panel: Our experts executed a thorough rewiring of the panel, enhancing its performance and safety.
3. Main Power & Control Panel Running: We focused on the main power and control panel, ensuring it seamlessly powered all electric motors on-site, including Star Delta Starters, Direct Online Starters (DOL), Control Relays, MCBs, Timers, and Emergency Stop Buttons.
4. Panel Wire Cables: We replaced and optimized panel wire cables, guaranteeing reliable power distribution from busbars and control cables.
5. Rewiring Of Lighting Panel: To improve illumination and safety within the facility, we undertook the rewiring of the lighting panel.
6. Replace Start-Stop Buttons: Worn-out Start-Stop Buttons were replaced to ensure smooth motor control.
7. Replace MCBs and Contactors: Faulty MCBs and contactors were swapped out to prevent electrical disruptions.
