UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Systems & Services

At Forseas (Pty) Ltd, we offer UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems & services. This power backup system provides emergency power to devices or systems when the main power source fails or fluctuates. This is commonly used to protect computers, servers, networking equipment, and other electronic devices from power outages and voltage spikes.

We off UPS backup systems in different sizes and capacities, ranging from small units that can power a single device for a few minutes to large units that can provide backup power to an entire data center for several hours. The main components of our UPS backup systems include:

  1. Battery: The battery is the most critical component of a UPS backup system. It stores the electrical energy that is used to power the connected devices during a power outage.
  2. Inverter: The inverter is responsible for converting the DC power from the battery into AC power that can be used by the connected devices.
  3. Charger: The charger is used to keep the battery charged and ready for use in case of a power outage.
  4. Transfer Switch: The transfer switch is used to switch between the main power source and the backup power source when a power outage occurs.

We do ensure that the UPS backup systems that we install remain essential for businesses and organizations that rely on electronic equipment to function. You will not regret this as our UPS systems provide protection against data loss, downtime, and damage to electronic devices caused by power outages and voltage spikes during this error of persistent Eskom load-shedding schedules and problems.
